A Gallery Gives Back

- Lotus Jewelry Studio will donate proceeds from the sale of three signature pieces to the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Md.
At a time when many small businesses are struggling just to make ends meet, Lotus Jewelry Studio has decided to find a way to give back. Erik and Courtney Legenhausen, owners of the Baltimore-based studio, designed a line of handcrafted sterling silver jewelry to benefit the Kennedy Krieger Institute.
Each piece in the collection, including two necklaces and a bangle bracelet, is engraved with a small drawing of three children taken from the signature logo of the Institute, which helps children with brain and spinal cord disorders.
“We are so proud to work with Kennedy Krieger Institute,” says Erik. “The pieces remind the wearer of the great potential of a child and how they have helped to unlock it.”
The jewelry pieces range in price from $28-$50, and are available for purchase at www.lotusjewelrystudio.com, or at 2910 on the Square (www.2910onthesquare.com) , a gallery in Baltimore.
